Vervi Holistic coaching - Tamara

Throughout Tamara’s 10 years working as a Registered Nurse in varying specialties,

she has found herself increasingly questioning the effectiveness of the U.S healthcare

system and saddened by the limited quality time spent with patients. Her desires for

PROACTIVE and HOLISTIC healthcare were not to be realized in a traditional hospital

setting during her tenure and when she came upon the specialty of Nurse Coaching,

Tamara realized she had found her truest passion in nursing.

Tamara graduated from The Nurse Coach Collective in February of 2024, founded

VERVI Holistic Coaching, LLC in March, sat for the American Holistic Nurses

Credentialing Corporation (AHNCC) certification boards in May and relishes in the

sharing of holistic, patient focused nursing. Tamara’s offerings include 1:1 coaching

packages for those looking to make transformative change and working towards

realizing their most joyous and purposeful lives, week-long Retreats for groups, and

FREE Discovery Sessions for anyone simply curious about nurse coaching and the life

changing support and accountability it can provide. Sessions are available in-person

and via Zoom, while Retreat locations will vary annually.

Prior to nursing, Tamara earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental Biology from

Antioch N.E. Graduate School and worked 20+ years in the field. With that being said,

don’t be surprised if she offers you a session in the forest or overlooking the sea; these

passions run deep for her and she believes they integrate well with coaching and

holistic health. Merging health and nature is Tamara’s ‘ jam’ and she is beyond excited

to support others on their journeys towards greater joy and authenticity.

Tamara lives in the U.S. Virgin Islands with her husband, Tom, a dog and two cats. She

has two adult sons and two step-sons, all of whom she adores and who sadly live too

far away.
